As shown below the Flash Medical USB drive as seen here can be carried on your person or worn on your wrist. When you order our Flash Medical drive you will receive it with a user friendly (sample medical form) that you can "save."   Simply insert the Flash Medical drive (as shown below) and go to the form.  When the form is displayed complete it with as little or as much medical information as you wish and again "save."  Next remove the flash drive from your computer and carry it  with you on a lanyard or key ring.  Your flash drive is now ready as a portable form of identification for your medical history. When purchasing our Flash Medical drive you are given a free key ring and neck lanyard.  In the event that your medical records need to be updated, simply insert the Flash Medical drive to make the necessary changes, "save"and you’re ready to go.
