Q - Who can benefit by using the Flash Medical USB drive?

A - All family members along with anyone of any age who needs instant access to their personal medical information.

Q - Why do I need a Flash Medical drive? I already have a Medic ID bracelet and an ID card in my wallet.

A - Does your Medic Alert bracelet or Medic ID card have enough information to fully inform medical personnel and perhaps save your life? Who should be called if you are unconscious or hospitalized? With the Flash Medical drive all your emergency information is close at hand.

Q - When would I benefit from having a Flash Medical drive?

A - In any emergency situation, doctor visits, emergency room visits or if found unconscious - i.e. heart attack, stroke, diabetic coma, epilepsy, etc.

Q - How is the medical information applied to the Flash Medical drive?

A - Included on the Flash Medical drive is a user friendly proprietary form created by us. Fill in the blanks with as much or as little information as you wish, click on "save" and you are done. The custom software is compatible with most word processors. Your medical information can be updated or changed at any time by using your word processor and “save” when complete.

Q - What can I do if I do not have a computer.

A - You can request to have a friend or family member do it on their computer for you.

Q - Where is the Flash Medical drive carried on your person?

A - You can have it around your neck attached to our neck lanyard, or attached to your key ring, or purse.

Q - What happens if I accidentally delete my personal medical information form and all my records on the Flash Medical drive

A - You should always copy the file to your computer as a backup so you can retrieve it to your Flash Medical drive. If by chance you completely lose your medical information we can send you the form to be replaced on your flash drive.

Q - Can I also access and edit the custom form on my Macintosh computer?

A - Yes, our custom form is created in a format compatible with the PC computer running MS Windows or Macintosh computer using ledit editor. The medical file can be accessed, read and edited with most word processors.

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?

A - We accept most credit cards, including PayPal. See below.
